ACCOMMODATIONS:
The conference hotel is the Holiday Inn, telephone (276) 228-5483, where the conference is being held. A block of rooms is reserved at $59 per night.
OTHER:
Vendors of books, software, forms, and other items of interest to researchers will be
available all day. Be sure to visit them at breaks. There will also be a Freebie Table with catalogs
and brochures from genealogical businesses and organizations, as well as door prizes.

To pre-register by October 15, 2004, send a personal check or
money order for $35.00 ($40 non-VGS/WCGHA member) per registrant, payable to the
Virginia Genealogical Society, to our address given
above.
If payment includes more than one registration fee, please list additional names on a separate sheet so that name tags can be provided.
After October 15, 2004, registration is $40.00 ($45 non-VGS/WCGHA member).
Cancellations received after October 15, 2004, will not be refunded.
