          The Fall Conference of the Virginia Genealogical Society (VGS) will be held in conjunction with the Fairfax Genealogical Society, at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 651 Dranesville Road, Herndon, Virginia, on Saturday, October 25, 2003.

          Vendors of books, software, forms, and other items of interest to researchers will be available all day. Be sure to visit them at breaks.

          Please note if a vegetarian meal is requested. Pre registration by October 11, 2003, includes lunch. Meal reservations received after this date cannot be guaranteed.

          REGISTRATION DETAILS:

          To pre-register by October 11, 2003, send a personal check or money order for $35.00 ($40 non-VGS/FxGS member) per registrant, payable to the Virginia Genealogical Society, to our address given above.

          If payment includes more than one registration fee, please list additional names on a separate sheet so that name tags can be provided.

          After October 11, 2003, registration is $40.00 ($45 non-VGS/FxGS member).

          Cancellations received after October 11, 2003, will not be refunded.

          Sorry, we cannot take registrations over the Internet at this time.
