          Vendors of books, software, forms, and other items of interest to researchers will be available all day. Be sure to visit them at breaks.

          Please note if a vegetarian meal is requested. Pre registration by October 11, 2003, includes lunch. Meal reservations received after this date cannot be guaranteed.

          To pre-register by October 11, 2003, send a personal check or money order for $35.00 ($40 non-VGS/FxGS member) per registrant, payable to the Virginia Genealogical Society, to our address given above.

          If payment includes more than one registration fee, please list additional names on a separate sheet so that name tags can be provided.

          After October 11, 2003, registration is $40.00 ($45 non-VGS/FxGS member).

          Cancellations received after October 11, 2003, will not be refunded.

          Sorry, we cannot take registrations over the Internet at this time.
